Family & Community Events

Strong communities are built on connection. Through our family and community events, we bring together children, parents and local educational institutions in Minden to foster intercultural dialogue and a shared sense of belonging. Our events include family gatherings, cultural celebrations, information evenings for parents and collaborative activities with local schools and community organisations. These meetings create a welcoming space where families with African roots can connect, share experiences and feel supported in their daily lives. At the same time, we strengthen parents in their role as learning companions for their children, providing them with information and education programs that support their family’s integration and participation in the Minden community.
